Meet Heather

Coaching has followed me all through my life. Whether it was classmates on the bus asking for advice or picking out a new book to read, it's always centered around psychology or self-help in some way.

It wasn't until after a series of tough events, years of therapy, and being laid off from a great job in Boston, that I had the life experience and freedom to embrace what's been there all along.

After reading the book "How to Ikigai" by Tim Tomoshiro and some gentle nudging from my friends, I decided to enroll in Jay Shetty's Coaching Program. There I gained valuable coaching experience with trained professionals and I started to take on my first clients while working towards my certification.

I now live in Massachusetts with my two cats Tybalt and Moto. I've had the blog Autumn Becomes Me since 2013 and it evolved into a YouTube channel in 2022 and features "Fun Things to do In New England" as well as recipes. These episodes are designed to empower people and inspire them to seek out fun in their own lives. Little did I know that these were precursors on the path that led me to this dream of being a life coach. -Heather
