Discovery Calls are all about seeing what the future holds. It's like going to a big field where nothing has been planted yet and thinking about what you want to grow. This is where we get to know one another. You can tell me more about why you're looking for a life coach, what you hope to accomplish, and bring up any concerns you have. I'll tell you a bit about myself, discuss the differences between a coach and someone like a therapist or a mentor, look at the packages with you, and laying the foundation of our agreement and what the basic plans are. This is a completely free service so there's no risk to you. It includes: * A single 1 hour 1-on-1 Zoom session that isn't recorded. * A basic look at what you'd like to accomplish or a mindset you'd like to gain * Briefly talk about the difference between Therapy, Mentoring and Coaching * Discussion on which package would best suit your needs. * A Review of the Coaching agreement if you’d like to move forward * Answers to any questions you might have around the process, what a coach is, or who I am.
