This is for those who just need a safe space to talk and ground themselves. I am not a therapist, but I do have a lot of experience and knowledge around anxiety, depression and triggers and I want to offer something for those who need help, but may not be able to afford my usual rates.
These sessions include:
*1/2 an hour session over zoom.
*Optional to be recorded for you and sent to you after your session if you like OR if it makes you feel safer I won't record at all.
*Completely confidential
*Schedule as many sessions as you need.
